Wood Leo (“we”, “us”) operates the website https://woodleo.com (“Website”).
By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the terms below. These terms ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon our policies to protect and set clear expectations for our service.


1. General

All orders are subject to stock availability.
We strive to maintain accurate stock counts, but in rare cases, discrepancies may occur. If an item is unavailable, we will:

  • Ship the available products immediately; and

  • Contact you to choose between waiting for restock or receiving a refund for the missing item.


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order.
Many of our products include free shipping.
Shipping costs (if any) will be displayed at checkout and collected with your payment.

The displayed shipping price is the final cost for the customer.


3. Returns

We gladly accept returns (excluding delivery costs) due to a change of mind if:

  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving the item, and

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds exclude original delivery fees.

Once we receive and approve your return, a store credit will be issued. You will be notified via email once the process is complete.

🧩 In case of damaged parts:
We do our best to ensure all parcels arrive safely, but logistics companies may occasionally mishandle packages.
If a part is damaged, we’ll send a replacement piece along with an instructional video on how to replace it.
Please note: a broken part is not grounds for a full return or replacement of the entire product.


4. Delivery Terms

We ship worldwide from our warehouses in EU , the UK, the USA, and Ukraine.

4.1 Domestic Transit Time

Domestic shipments typically take 1–3 business days.

4.2 International Transit Time

Order preparation time: 1–3 business days (we usually ship as soon as possible).

Free Standard Shipping for orders over $80 to Europe, USA, and UK.

Express Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.

Import Duties: Free for USA, EU countries, and the UK.


4.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment.
Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday during standard business hours (excluding national holidays).


4.4 Change of Delivery Address

You may change your delivery address any time before dispatch.


4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

We can ship to P.O. boxes using postal services only (no courier delivery available).


4.6 Military Address Shipping

We ship to military addresses via USPS only (couriers are not available for this service).


4.7 Items Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will hold your order until it becomes available. Existing items will be reserved until then.


4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded

If your delivery time exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact us to initiate an investigation.


5. Tracking Notifications

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your shipment’s progress.


6. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your parcel is visibly damaged upon delivery, please refuse it and contact our customer service immediately.
If it has been delivered in your absence, contact us for further assistance.


7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax is already included in the displayed product prices.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes are free for the USA, EU countries, and the UK.
Other countries may charge additional customs fees depending on local regulations.

If you refuse to pay these fees, your order will be returned to Wood Leo at your expense.
A refund will be issued for the product value minus the cost of return shipping.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.


8. Cancellations

You may request a refund within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, cancellations are not possible once processing begins.


9. Insurance

All parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the courier’s declared value.

9.1 Damaged Parcels

A refund or replacement will be issued once the courier completes their investigation.

9.2 Lost Parcels

A refund or replacement will be issued once the courier confirms the parcel is lost.
